Welcome to Fit Family Habits!  My family started this company to continue on my venture as Fit Mom of 4.  Our mission is to promote healthy habits for wholesome families.

We’ve noticed that it’s tough to raise a family in this century.  Often both parents or a single parent works outside of the home, leaving things like dinner to restaurant drive-thrus and prepackaged meals.  In addition, affording safe, eco-cleaners seems laughable when trying to balance the budget and pay the rent.  Parents feel this stress and neglect themselves while trying to put their family first.  Unfortunately, the whole family suffers as a result.

My goal is to promote healthy habits for wholesome families.  What does that mean?  Affordable, healthy, quick meals from Wildtree and Tupperware.  I teach families how to make meals, even freezer meals, that are nutritious and all natural with Wildtree products.  I then teach them how to use Tupperware to speed up the cooking process, pack healthy lunches and keep produce and other products fresh longer.  I also show families that safe cleaning products are actually affordable.  Some are even cheaper than the brands in the store!  I personally use these products and have been more than impressed by them.  They clean better.  And they are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  This is a company I trust.  I also teach families easy ways to add exercise to their routines.  I offer personal training and Zumba classes as well.  Finally, I offer fun with Thirty-One – great bags and storage items and Scentsy – wonderful smelling flameless candles.
